Valhalla (Mesozoic) granitic and older Monashee gneissic basement rocks are overlain by an outlier of (Tertiary) andesitic feldspar porphyries and tuffs of the Penticton Group. Gold and silver values are associated with a northeasterly striking pyrite-calcite-silica altered shear zone. Geochemical arsenic anomalies are adjacent to magnetic lows.
