THE UNDERLYING ROCKS ARE MAINLY HORNBLENDE GRANO- DIORITE (JURASSIC/CRETACEOUS), TUFFS, VOLCANIC BRECCIA AND IMPURE SANDSTONE (TERTIARY?). PREVIOUS DRILLING INTERSECTED A STOCKWORK OF NARROW QUARTZ VEINS CARRYING MINOR CHALCOPYRITE AND GOLD. THERE ARE TWO PROMINENT MAGNETIC ANOMALIES AND TWO MAJOR TRENDS OF CONDUCTORS.
