A sequence of northwest trending conglomerate, sandstone and argillite (Upper Triassic) is intruded by dioritic plugs and dykes (Cretaceous/Tertiary). Cross-cutting quartz-carbonate vein systems carry pyrrhotite, sphalerite and argentiferous galena.
