Geological Summary
Tuff, breccia, agglomerate, interbedded argillite and conglomerate of the Dewdney Creek Formation (Upper Jurassic) and arkos, argillite and conglomerate of teh Paseyten Formation (Lower Cretaceous) dipping 40 to 80 degrees southwest are intruded by numerous mafic sills and dykes. These rocks are cut by feldspar porphyry dykes that preceed mineralized veins. Argentiferous galena, sphalerite, pyrite, pyrrhotite and arsenopyrite occur in quartz and carbonate veins occupying fault planes.
