THE PROPERTY IS UNDERLAIN BY WELL BEDDED VOLCANI- CLASTIC, MAFIC TO INTERMEDIATE VOLCANIC FLOW AND, ANDESITE FRAGMENTAL ROCKS OF THE NICOLA GROUP. THESE ARE INTRUDED BY COEVAL DIORITES, MONZONITES AND SYENITES, AND SUBSEQUENTLY BY (JURASSIC) QUARTZ MONZONITES OF THE PENNASK BATHOLITH. DIS- SEMINATED AND FRACTURE CONTROLLED PYRITE OCCURS THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY. CHALCOPYRITE OCCURS SPORADICALLY AS DISSEMINATED GRAINS WITH PYRITE OR IN CALCITE VEINS.
