| Geological Summary |
The area is underlain by (Late Cretaceous) Tulameen Ultramafic Complex which intrudes (Late Triassic) Nicola Group metavolcanic and metasedimentary rocks. Mineralization consists of disseminated magnetite and small veinlets in the ultramafic rocks. Geochemical results indicate two anomalous areas: one in gold and the other in chromium and nickel.
