Geological Summary
EPITHERMAL ALTERATION OCCURS IN A WEST-NORTHWEST TRENDING ZONE OF APLITE QUARTZ MUSCOVITE, PEGMA- TITE, AND PATCHY SILICA FLOODING AND BRECCIATION, WHICH STRADDLES THE CONTACT BETWEEN BIOTITE- MUSCOVITE PHASES OF THE GERMANSEN BATHOLITH AND SURROUNDING QUARTZ-MUSCOVITE SCHISTS. PYRITE AND MINOR STIBNITE OCCUR LOCALLY AS DISSEMINATIONS OR AGGREGATES INTERSTITIAL TO BRECCIATED QUARTZ FRAGMENTS.
