THE PROPERTY IS UNDERLAIN BY PHYLLITES, LIME- STONES, SERICITIC QUARTZITE, MINOR GREENSTONE, QUARTZ-FELDSPAR-CHLORITE GNEISS AND METACONGLOM- ERATE OF THE EAGLE BAY FORMATION (MISSISSIPPIAN). THE RAFT RIVER BATHOLITH TRUNCATES THE SUCCESSION ON THE NORTH FACE OF MOUNT MCCLENNAN. THE SURVEY RESULTS CONFIRM THE PRESENCE OF SEVERAL SMALL LAYERS OF EXHALATIVE LEAD-ZINC-SILVER MINERAL- IZATION WITHIN A 300 METRE THICK PACKAGE OF PYRITIC QUARTZ SERICITE SCHIST.
