Geological Summary |
Overburden covers most of the claims. Outcrops exposed in a creek canyon consist of tuffaceous argillites and greywackes of the Jurassic Hazelton Group. These rocks are cut by a wide trachytic feldspar porphyry dyke. The claims cover the extension of similar lithology which is mineralized 4.5 kilometres to the south.
