THE CLAIM IS UNDERLAIN BY TUFF AND TUFFACEOUS GREYWACKE OF THE LOWER JURASSIC HAZELTON GROUP. SEVERAL STRONGLY SILICIFIED AND ALTERED ZONES OCCUR IN THE NORTHWEST PART OF THE CLAIM AND DIS- SEMINATED PYRITE MINERALIZATION IS PRESENT IN ONE OF THESE AREAS. THE ROCKS ARE CUT BY AN ALTERED STOCK AND TWO DYKES OF THE LATE CRETACEOUS BULKLEY INTRUSIONS. A NUMBER OF SMALL, WEAK COINCIDENT SILVER-LEAD-ZINC-COPPER-ARSENIC ANOMALIES WERE OUTLINED FROM THE SOIL GEOCHEMICAL SURVEY.
