THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN THE TAKLA GROUP VOLCAN- ICS AND SEDIMENTS OF UPPER TRIASSIC AND LATER AGE. THE SHOWING OCCURS WHERE UPPER JURASSIC OR LOWER CRETACEOUS DIORITES ARE IN CONTACT WITH THE TAKLA ASSEMBLAGE. THE INTRUSIVE IS EXTENSIVELY FRACTURED AND ALTERED, SHOWING PLAGIOCLASE VEINS AND MINOR EPIDOTE STAINING WHERE MINERALIZATION OCCURS. MINERALIZATION IS MAINLY IN THE FORM OF PYRITE AND CHALCOPYRITE.
