THE SHOWING CONSISTS OF A WESTERLY STRIKING, NORTHERLY DIPPING (20-25 DEGREES) WHITE QUARTZ VEIN HOSTED BY A COARSELY CRYSTALLINE WHITE MARBLE OF THE CAMBRIAN-ORDOVICIAN EAGLE BAY FORMATION. THE VEIN, WHICH IS CONCORDANT WITH THE HOST ROCK, IS 1.5 METRE WIDE AND CONTAINS BLEBS OF SPHALERITE WITH GOLD AND SILVER VALUES.
