PERMIAN-TRIASSIC AGE ANARCHIST GROUP META- SEDIMENTS AND METAVOLCANICS ARE INTRUDED BY JURASSIC-CRETACEOUS AGE NELSON CALC-ALKALINE ROCKS. ALL ABOVE UNITS ARE INTRUDED BY TERTIARY AGE CORYELL SYENITES. MINERALIZATION OCCURS AS PRECIOUS AND BASE METAL-BEARING QUARTZ VEINS IN NELSON PLUTONICS THAT ARE NORTH- SOUTH STRIKING AND STEEPLY DIPPING. ABUNDANT ALTERATION CONSISTING OF CHLORITE, EPIDOTE, SERICITE, K-FELDSPAR AND CARBONATE IS PRESENT.
