THE PROPERTY IS UNDERLAIN BY ARGILLITES, CON- GLOMERATES AND LIMESTONES OF THE UPPER TRIASSIC HURLEY FORMATION AND HORNBLENDE-BIOTITE QUARTZ DIORITE TO GRANODIORITE OF PROBABLE LATE CRETACEOUS OR EARLY TERTIARY AGE. A SMALL BODY OF PERMO-TRIASSIC BRIDGE RIVER GROUP SERPENTIZED ULTRAMAFICS OCCUR IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL PART OF THE PROPERTY. ARSENOPYRITE, STIBNITE AND JAMESINITE VEINS WITH GOLD AND SILVER VALUES OCCUR ON THE PROPERTY. THE GEOCHEMICAL AND GEOPHYSICAL SURVEYS HAVE FURTHER DEFINED ANOMALOUS GOLD ZONES IN SOILS AND TALUS FINES AND HAVE OUTLINED POSSIBLE MINERALIZED STRUCTURES.
