TRIASSIC AGE KARMUTSEN FORMATION ANDESITIC AND BASALTIC FLOWS ARE OVERLAIN OR IN FAULT CONTACT WITH QUATSINO FORMATION LIMESTONE. BOTH UNITS ARE INTRUDED BY JURASSIC GRANODIORITE TO QUARTZ MONZONITE IN PLUGS AND STOCKS. MINERALIZATION CONSISTS OF SKARN-HOSTED MASSIVE MAGNETITE, PYRITE, ARSENOPYRITE AND CHALCOPYRITE. SEVEN ZONES WITH MULTIELEMENT SOIL ANOMALIES WERE IDENTIFIED.
