Geological Summary |
THE PROPERTY IS UNDERLAIN BY MIDDLE JURASSIC PILLOW LAVAS, BROKEN PILLOW BRECCIAS, CONGLOMER- ATE, SANDSTONE AND SILTSTONE OF THE BETTY CREEK FORMATION. THE DOMINANT FEATURE IS A LARGE ALTER- ATION ZONE IN THE SOUTHERN HALF OF THE CLAIM THAT CONSISTS OF SERICITE, CLAY MINERALS, CHLORITE, PYRITE AND NATIVE SULPHUR. AN ANOMALOUS GOLD HEAVY MINERAL STREAM SEDIMENT SAMPLE OCCURS.
