Geological Summary
THE ELDORADO CLAIMS ARE CENTERED ON THE CONGRESS STRUCTURE FAULT ZONE WHICH EXTENDS 12 KILOMETRES SOUTHEAST TO THE CONGRESS AND MINTO MINES. THIS FAULT ZONE IS AN EXPLORATION TARGET FOR GOLD MINERALIZATION. THE CLAIMS ARE UNDERLAIN BY GRANO- DIORITE AND SEDIMENTARY ROCKS. GEOCHEMICAL RESULTS SHOW SINGLE SAMPLE SITE GOLD ANOMALIES. GEOPHYSI- CAL RESULTS SHOW A STRONG NORTHWEST-STRIKING CON- DUCTOR THAT POSSIBLY REFLECTS THE CONGRESS STRUCT- URE.
