Geological Summary
THE CLAIM AREA IS UNDERLAIN BY A NORTH-SOUTH TRENDING SEQUENCE OF INTERMEDIATE TO FELSIC VOLCANICS AND SEDIMENTS OF UPPER TRIASSIC TO LOWER JURASSIC TAKLA GROUP. SEVERAL ELECTROMAGNETIC CONDUCTORS WERE OUTLINED FROM THE GEOPHYSICAL SURVEY AND OCCUR IN A FAVOURABLE VOLCANIC STRATI- GRAPHY THAT HAS POTENTIAL FOR HOSTING VOLCANO- GENIC MASSIVE SULPHIDE DEPOSITS. SOME SOIL AND MAGNETIC ANOMALIES ARE COINCIDENT WITH THE ELECT- ROMAGNETIC CONDUCTORS. .
