THE CLAIMS ARE UNDERLAIN BY CAMBRIAN OR LATER CARIBOO GROUP FELDSPATHIC QUARTZ-MICA SCHISTS AND MICACEOUS QUARTZITES WHICH IN GENERAL STRIKE NORTHWESTERLY AND DIP TO THE SOUTHWEST. WITHIN THIS AREA ARE SOME FELSIC VOLCANIC BRECCIAS AND QUARTZ PORPHYRY INTRUSIVES? OF UNKNOWN AGE. THESE ROCKS ARE BOUND TO THE WEST BY BASALTS OF THE DEVONIAN-PERMIAN FENNELL FORMATION AND TO THE SOUTH BY THE CRETACEOUS RAFT BATHOLITH. FOUR HLEM CONDUCTORS WITH RELATED MAGNETIC HIGHS HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED.
