THE COMPLEX, CONSISTS OF A CORE OF DUNITE, AN INTERMEDIATE ZONE OF PYROXENITIC ROCKS AND A METASOMATIC HORNBLENDITE MARGIN IS INTRUSIVE INTO VOLCANIC AND SEDIMENTARY ROCKS OF THE UPPER TRIASSIC TAKLA GROUP. SMALL INTRUSIONS OF INTERMEDIATE COMPOSITION CUT THE ULTRAMAFIC AND TAKLA GROUP ROCKS AND LOCALLY ARE ASSOCIATED WITH CHALCOPY- RITE AND MOLYBDENITE MINERALIZATION. SOIL GEO- CHEMISTRY RETURNED LOW PLATINUM, PALLADIUM AND GOLD VALUES.
