DEPOSITS OCCUR IN UPPER CRETACEOUS PYROCLASTICS. ORE MINERALS ARE RESTRICTED TO TABULAR ZONES SUBCONCORDANT TO HOST ROCKS, AND OCCUR AS DISSEMINATIONS, VEINS, FRACTURE FILLINGS, AND BRECCIA MATRICIES. PRINCIPAL MINERALS ARE TETRA HEDRITE AND CHALCOPYRITE. THE ORE ZONES ARE ENVEL- OPED BY AN ADVANCED ARGILLIC ALTERATION SUITE. THREE DIAMOND DRILL HOLES INTERSECTED SIGNIFICANT MINERALIZATION.
