Geological Summary
Gold, silver and minor copper mineralization occurs as irregular and discontinuous quartz-sulphide veins and stockwork zones enclosed within a broad northerly trending pyritic sericite schist zone 800 metres by 2000 metres. The strongly altered and mineralized zone occurs within a sequence of andesitic marine volcanic and subvolcanic rocks, with interlayered sedimentary rocks, all of which are part of the Triassic to Jurassic Stewart Complex. The property is cut by a west-dipping thrust fault and by later andesitic dykes which are weakly altered, faulted and offset.
