Geological Summary
A tongue of serpentinized ultramafic rocks of Permo-Pennsylvanian Atlin Intrusion extends northeasterly from the ultramafic body on Union Mtn. under the valley of Dominion Creek. Locally the rocks are intensely carbonate-altered and shear zones run northeasterly. The country rock is believed to be greenstone and minor metasediments of the Permian-Pennsylvanian Cache Creek Group.
