Geological Summary
The area prospected is underlain by northwest trending, southwest dipping Elise Formation volcanics, which have been intruded by Silver King porphyry. The volcanics generally consist of chlorite schists resulting from a regional greenschist facies metamorphism and contain northwest trending zones of pyritization and minor sericitization which contain anomalous gold values as well as narrow quartz veins containing minor values of copper, lead, zinc, silver and gold.
