Geological Summary |
The property is underlain by a package of Permian-Carboniferous sediments unconformably overlain by an overturned sedimentary/ volcanic assemblage of Triassic Brooklyn Formation. These rocks have been intruded by Jurassic serpentinites and Eocene diorites and syenites. Small replacement deposits of pyrrhotite, pyrite and minor chalcopyrite occur in Brooklyn limestones and siltstones associated with diorite dykes.
