Geological Summary |
Western half of the Hagas Group claims is underlain by the Jurassic Hazelton Group volcanics, while the eastern half is underlain by the Eocene Buck Creek volcanics. A small, less than 1 kilometre wide plug of gabbro intrudes the Hazelton volcanics in the southwestern corner of the property. Present geochemical orientation survey proved to be an effective exploration method.
