An Eocene volcanic pile with a small related quartz-feldspar porphyry stock is highly altered with pyrite and sericite. Linear zones are silicified and mineralized with pyrite, arsenopyrite, tetrahedrite and some silver and gold. In other places pods and lenses of pyrite-tetrahedrite-enargite carry silver and minor gold.
