Geological Summary
The area consists of andesitic to basaltic breccias and tuffs (Kingsvale Group) of Cretaceous age, and underlying Triassic sediments and volcanics. Some pyrite mineralization was found as dissemination and in stockwork. Some andesite volcanic rocks contain abundant secondary iron oxides. Anomalies, so far, occur in sediments and pans only.
