Most of the claims are covered by glacial drift. At least three outcrops of Eocene Goosly Lake volcanic rocks consisting of biotite-pyroxene-plagioclase trachy-andesite and at least one out- crop of Eocene Buck Creek volcanics consisting of andesite and dacite lavas and volcanic breccia occur within the property.
