Geological Summary |
Metamorphic clastics assigned to the Lower Cambrian Marsh Adams Formation are intruded by a Mesozoic leucocratic quartz monzonite pluton. The country rocks have undergone garnet-pyroxene skarn and hydrothermal quartz vein alteration. Mineralization identified in hand specimen consists of pyrite, pyrrhotite, galena, molybdenite, magnetite, sphalerite, scheelite, bismuthinite, stibnite and chalcopyrite.
