Geological Summary
The claims are underlain primarily by cherts and greenstones of the Triassic or older Old Tom and Shoemaker Formations. Tertiary conglomerates (Springbrook Formation) and lavas (Marron Formation) are exposed towards the eastern claim boundaries. Minor gold-bearing pyrite-arsenopyrite stringers occur in cherts of the Shoemaker Formation.
