| Geological Summary |
Drilling intersected a thick sequence of highly sheared cherty- graphitic argillites intercalated with minor chert. The argillites are in fault contact with a strongly altered talcose shear zone which passes into a more massive, dark grey-green serpentinite. The talcose schist commonly hosts disseminated pyrite, pyrrhotite with lesser chalcopyrite and arsenopyrite. In places the zone is silicified with associated secondary quartz veinlets.
