Geological Summary
Mixed sediments and volcanics of the Upper Cretaceous Kingsvale Group are exposed in a broad northeasterly band through the middle of the property. Considerable quartz and calcite alteration occur within the volcanics. Serpentine and serpentinized ultramafic rocks of the Upper Triassic President Intrusions are exposed in the northeast corner of Congress Ext. 2. A massive exposure of Permo-Triassic Bridge River Group greenstone and mixed sediments occur in the south- east half of Congress Ext.
