| Geological Summary |
The claims are underlain by Jurassic shale, greywacke and conglomerate bounded by the Upper Triassic Takla Group of volcanics and sediments intruded by Tertiary syenitic rocks. Sulphide mineralization occurs in volcanic rocks peripheral to and in the syenite stock, in black argillites and in quartz veins. Silicic and argillic alteration is evident in the volcanics and syenite.
