Geological Summary
The property is underlain by mafic-felsic volcanic rocks and argillaceous sediments of the Devonian-Mississippian Eagle Bay Formation. The rocks are well-foliated, partially skarned and strike to the northeast with dips approximately 30 degrees to the northwest. Distal massive sulphides occur in the Lucky Coon, Golden Eagle and Elsie showings. A felsic volcanic package below the Elsie zone was the target tested by the drill programme.
