Geological Summary
Jurassic volcanic tuffs, sedimentary and metamorphic units host auriferous and argentiferous pyrite, arsenopyrite and galena in brecciated quartz veins. Sericitic and chloritic alteration of the volcanics and sediments is evident. East striking, near vertically dipping phyllite, schist and semi-schist also occur.
