The property covers the following formations: Upper Triassic Karmutsen Formation mafic volcanics, Upper Triassic Quatsino Formation limestone, Upper Triassic Parsons Bay Formation argillite and Lower Jurassic Bonanza Group sediments and volcanics. They have been folded, faulted and intruded by Middle Jurassic and Tertiary dykes. Pyritic felsic Bonanza Group volcanics contain anomalous gold and silver values.
