Geological Summary
Minor chalcopyrite and secondary copper mineralization are hosted by either metavolcanic rocks which are intruded by subvolcanic calc- alkaline stocks or chert horizons intravolcanic with an andesitic flow and breccia sequence, all of the Upper Triassic Nicola Group. Sericitization and pyritization are common with the former and low grade chloritization with the latter.
