Geological Summary
Outcrops on the property are sparse except along the Sandspit Fault escarpment, along the coastline, and in local creeks. The underlying rocks are tuffs and agglomerates of the Jurassic Yakoun Formation, and Cretaceous quartz diorite-diorite. Gold values occur in pyritic clay-sericite and quartz-carbonate veins and in very fine- grained semi-massive to massive sulphide deposits in tuffs.
