The property is underlain by a complex suite of steeply dipping Triassic Nicola rocks composed of basaltic andesitic fragmental and volcanic flows, feldspathic greywacke, hornfels, rhyolitic volcanics and several relatively persistent calcareous bands. They are in contact with Upper Triassic intrusive Guichon Batholith.
