The main part of the property is underlain by Cretaceous Goosly Lake tuffs and flows of felsic to intermediate composition, similar to those hosting the Equity Silver silver-copper-gold deposit. The rocks have been altered and mineralized with pyrite, pyrrhotite, arseno- pyrite, and minor amounts of silver, copper, gold and zinc.
