The property is underlain by Triassic to Jurassic Slocan and Milford Group rocks consisting of limestone and carbonaceous argillite which are in contact with the Cretaceous Nelson Batholith. Very little outcrop present on the property. Mineralization consists of enhanced silver values in soil samples.
