Geological Summary
Skeena Group deltaic sediments are in fault contact wih Hazelton Group volcanics, all of which have been intruded by Tertiary aged Babine Intrusions. Argillic alteration of sandstones is associated with disseminated sulphides and sulphide supported breccia zones. Disseiminated sulphides appear to be stratigraphically controlled in east to northeast, vertically dipping beds.
