Geological Summary
Andesitic and dacitic lahar deposits, agglomerates, tuffs and associated argillaceous limestone of the Upper Triassic Nicola Group strike northward and dip west. These rocks are cut by north-striking faults, and cross faults. The volcanics show sericite, chlorite and epidote alteration. Gold and silver values accompany chalcopyrite in thin carbonate fracture-controlled veinlets.
