Near the contact of Upper Cretaceous Coast Batholith and Triassic volcanics, copper-nickel-cobalt sulphides occur in zones of magmatic segregation within the batholith. In the Triassic volcanics, several veins and stockwork structures contain quartz-gold and copper mineralization.
