Geological Summary
The property lies within the northwest trending Quesnel Trough which is predominently underlain by Upper Triassic to Lower Jurassic Takla Group. This unit consists of andesite flows, tuffs, agglomerate, basalt, breccia and argillite. The northwestern end of a sliver of Jurassic aged shale, greywacke and conglomerate extends onto the Umi 4 claim. Early Cretaceous intrusions of diorite have been mapped both to the north and south of the property. Visible gold has been found in heavy minerals.
