Geological Summary
The area is predominantly underlain by volcanic breccia, conglomerate, sandstone and siltstone of the Lower Jurassic Unuk River Formation, as well as siltstone, greywacke, argillite and minor limestone of the Middle Jurassic Salmon River Formation. Several gossan zones were observed. Mineralization is found as fine grained disseminations consisting mainly of pyrite, with rare chalcopyrite and galena.
