Geological Summary
The Chuchi claim group lies in a broad northwest trending package of rocks known as the Quesnel Trough. These include Upper Triassic to Lower Jurassic volcanics and sediments which have been intruded by the Hogem Batholith and numerous other felsic to mafic stocks ranging in age from Triassic to Cretaceous. Minor pyrite mineralization is found in the andesites, siltstones, gabbros and diorites that outcrop on the claims.
