Geological Summary
Triassic, Takla Group volcanic and sedimentary units host northwest striking carbonate-quartz-sulphide veins carrying gold and silver values. Veins occupy a swarm of northwest trending block faults of regional extent. Iron carbonate alteration is associated with mineralized segments of these structures. Auriferous stockwork zones also occur adjacent to the major structures.
