Geological Summary
Triassic age hornblende and biotite schists with some mylonite and cataclasite developments are overlain to the east by sequences of green, red and purple volcanic breccia, conglomerate, sandstone and siltstone of the Lower Jurassic unuk River Formation. Stream sediment geochemical values suggest potential for gold-silver- tungsten mineralization associated with the schists.
